A 1.02 ct D VVS2 lab-grown marquise set across the finger, held between two sweeping arms of 14k yellow gold that rise from a 2 mm band and wrap each long side of the stone.

The band splits at the shoulders: one arm rises from the right and runs along the far edge, the other rises from the left and runs along the near edge, so the stone sits inside an S-curve of gold.
Each arm carries a thin bezel lip over the girdle along one long side. The marquise is held without claws, and the long flanks are left open for light from the sides.
Each arm finishes by turning around one tip of the marquise, the most chip-prone part of the cut, so both points are guarded.
The keel of the marquise sits just above the finger, so the stone rides low between the arms. It sits close to the hand and doesn't catch.
Concept render for proportion review, modelled at ring size 6 (16.5 mm inside diameter). Stone modelled to the measurements above; gold weight is an estimate from the model. Final CAD will be built to the stone and the final finger size.
